What to expect?
It might feel strange or difficult to talk about parts of yourself that aren’t often seen or expressed. Therapy is a collaborative process led by you and supported by me. I work as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support your personal process. My focus is on creating a confidential, safe and supportive environment. Together, we aim to foster greater self-awareness and meaningful change.


What it could look like?

  • Exploring your past experiences and how they may have shaped your beliefs, behaviours, and emotional responses

  • Developing awareness of how you relate to others and how this might reflect patterns in your life

  • Paying attention to bodily sensations and finding new ways to express your emotional experience

  • Using the therapeutic relationship as a safe space to explore different ways of being and relating
